The Meteorological Department has predicted rain and storms in different parts of the country from today till June 7, due to which the intensity of heat is likely to decrease this week.
The Meteorological Department has issued a rain alert, according to which weak westerly winds will enter upper and central regions from today, June 4, bringing rain with squalls, squalls and thundershowers in different parts of the country.
There will be rain in Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, Islamabad, Gujranwala, Okara, Faisalabad and Khushab, wind and rain are also likely in Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Multan and Leh.
Rain with thunder and lightning is predicted in Jacobabad, Larkana, Quetta and Barkhan. According to the Meteorological Department, there is fear of damage to standing crops and weak infrastructure due to wind.
