Bitcoin reached a record high of over $65,000

Cryptocurrency Bitcoin is on the rise again and yesterday hit a two-year high and crossed the $65,000 level.

The price hit an early high of $65,537 in Europe, having already hit a two-year high in Asian trade.

It was last up 4% at $65,045.Bitcoin hit a record high of $68,999.99 in November 2021.

The largest cryptocurrency by market value is up 50 percent this year, with much of the increase coming in the past few weeks as inflows into U.S.-registered bitcoin funds surged. Earlier this year, SpotBit in the U.S. Coin exchange traded funds were approved.

Their launch has opened the way for new big investors and rekindled the excitement and momentum to recapture record highs in 2021.
