In Australia, unknown people broke the historical statue of Queen Victoria

Monuments to British historical figures began to be targeted in Australia.

The statue of Queen Victoria installed in the Australian city of Geelong since 1912 was demolished. The breakers also wrote the words ‘The Colony Can Fall’ on the statue.

According to the British media, there have been attacks on the historic monuments of Captain James Cook in Sydney and Melbourne. Police are looking for the culprits with the help of CCTV cameras.

Former Australian Senator Eric Abetz says that the attackers are damaging public property.
