There are corrupt people in the National Assembly, they have no mandate, Barrister Gohar Khan

Barrister Gauhar Khan has said that the way the bills have been presented in the National Assembly today is unconstitutional. These are corrupt people, they have no mandate.

Talking to the media after the meeting of the National Assembly, he said that legislation is the right of the Parliament. Today is the first day that the government has initiated legislation by violating the rules.

Later, Umar Ayub Khan said that we want to give a briefing regarding today’s action, today they have passed ordinances, Muslim League (N), People’s Party is stabbing the back of the nation, are they going to make amendments? No one knows. They are robbing in broad daylight. What will the production of the nation 47 do for the nation?

He said that the Law Minister said that the IMF has come, it is for him, but what is the relationship between the Criminal Law and the IMF? I read the doubt of the law in the House. Due to amendment in Pakistan Shipping Corporation, they can award the contract to the contractor of their choice.

We will resist strongly in the House, we will make the country the country of Quaid-e-Azam, we will ensure the rule of law and constitution in the country, the day is near when the people of God will be in power.

He said that we are preparing ourselves for resistance, mandate thieves are sitting in the House, we do not believe them.
