Ramiz Raja is furious with Mohammad Aamir’s return to the team.
Former Chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Rameez Raja has once again expressed his displeasure at the return of Mohammad Amir to the Pakistani team.
In his recent interview, former cricketer and commentator Rameez Raja said that the cricketer convicted in the spot-fixing case so Mohammad Amir should not have been allowed to play for Pakistan under any circumstances.
He said that he defamed Pakistan by fixing the match against England, fans and others hated me during commentary at Lord’s because we were exposing people involved in fixing.
After that, I can never forget how badly I was treated in the media. The former Test cricketer said that “if my son was involved in fixing, I would have punished him”.
If he gets involved in the work, his career ends. It can be sympathised with. But there is no excuse for defaming the country in my book.
