Talking to a private channel, Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfraz said that the weather is likely to be hot from the last week of April, it will be hot but there is no chance of extreme heat.
He said that it rained as expected in Karachi, while heavy rains are going on in Balochistan, heavy rains are still going on in Quetta and surrounding areas.
Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfraz further says that it was expected that this system will spread in Sindh and there will be rain, this rain is beneficial for the crops in the hilly areas, there is a fear of damaging the crops due to this rain in the plains.
He also said that a new series of rains will start in Balochistan from the night of April 16, more rain is expected in Makran district.
On the other hand, the Department of Meteorology says that the western winds have left Sindh, it is likely to remain cloudy in Karachi today and there is a possibility of drizzle at some places, there may be light rain at some places in Sindh.
According to the Department of Meteorology, the minimum temperature in Karachi has been recorded at 21 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature is likely to be between 30 and 32 degrees Celsius.
In Shahr-e-Quaid, winds are blowing at a light speed from the west, in which the humidity ratio has been recorded at 70%. The traffic police say that the rain water from the previous day has been drained from the roads of Karachi.
