The district administration of Islamabad has taken the notification to increase the price of bread to Rs.16. Old prices of bread and bread were restored in the city.

The court disposed of the application on withdrawal of the notification. Justice Tariq Mahmood Jahangiri heard the request of President Nanbai Welfare Association. Nanbai Association President Sajjad Ahmed had challenged the Deputy Commissioner’s notification. The court had suspended the notification of the Deputy Commissioner on April 25.
