The spokesman of the Afghan Ministry of Interior said that more than 200 people were trapped in their homes in the flood-affected districts, and helicopters were also sent to help them, but the rescue operation could not be successful due to darkness.
On the other hand, the representative of Afghan National Disaster Response says that 3 districts of Baghlan province are facing flood situation as a result of heavy rains. The Afghan government says that they are trying to help the people in the flood affected areas.
