The Saudi Crown Prince’s visit to Pakistan has been postponed, which has been confirmed by the Foreign Office, and the spokesperson of the Foreign Office, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, has said that as soon as the schedule of his visit is decided, it will be brought before the public.
According to the report, earlier official sources had said that the Saudi crown prince would come on a two-day visit to Pakistan on May 19, but now it is known that his visit has been delayed till then.
It is to be remembered that the Saudi Crown Prince was invited to visit Pakistan by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif during his visit to Saudi Arabia and it was also accepted by Prince Muhammad bin Salman. When asked to comment, he clarified that as soon as the work on the schedule between the two capitals is completed, it will be informed.
Diplomatic sources say that Prince Muhammad bin Salman may visit Pakistan immediately after Hajj and Eid-ul-Azha, now the schedule will be released by both countries only after Eid. Salman has visited Pakistan twice before.
