The Lahore High Court has granted interim bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan in the case of interference with the car outside Zaman Park.
On Monday, Justice Amjad Rafiq heard the interim bail of the PTI founder in the Lahore High Court. During the hearing, the lawyer of the PTI founder, Barrister Salman Safdar, said that the PTI founder had been regularly appearing in the court before his arrest. He has been sentenced and is in jail.
The lawyer took the stand that the court should grant bail in the case of interference in the government. The government lawyer opposed the application, however, the court granted bail in exchange of five lakh rupees.
A case was registered at Thana Race course against the police party for obstructing the execution of the founder PTI warrant arrest.
