Meteorological Department says that due to the rains in April and May in Islamabad, the heat intensity has not yet increased, but the coming days are going to be very hot.

Director General of Meteorological Department Meher Sahibzad Khan said that more than normal rains will be recorded in Pakistan this year as well, which is likely to affect Sindh and Balochistan the most. Areas of South Punjab will also be affected by the heat wave.
