Pakistan got to host the West Asia Baseball Cup during the Baseball Federation of Asia meeting.
The executive meeting of the Baseball Federation of Asia was held in the Chinese city of Taipei, during which it was confirmed that Pakistan will host the event. On this occasion, Secretary Pakistan Baseball Federation Fakhr Ali Shah said that the event is planned to be held in October, the venue for the event. And the dates will be announced soon.
According to Fakhr Ali Shah, Pakistan had also hosted the West Asia Cup in 2023.
Pakistan Baseball Federation Secretary Fakhr Ali Shah further informed that teams from India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia and Iraq will participate in the event.
Apart from this, teams from Palestine and Bangladesh will also participate in the event.
