Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has said that I am sure the game of hockey will rise again and the nation is witnessing that the hockey team has not lost but won.
Shahbaz Sharif while addressing the ceremony held in honor of the players who played in the Azlan Shah tournament said that this performance of the hockey team is a promise of future victory, the game of hockey was in decline for two and a half decades.
He said that he was very impressed with the performance of the Pakistani hockey team and will leave no stone unturned for the betterment of the game of hockey.
Shahbaz Sharif said that 16 months were very difficult for us during the last government period, even in these difficult conditions we led the country’s economy towards improvement. Japan defeated Pakistan in the final.
