Pakistan will launch its second advanced multi-mission satellite into space on May 30 in collaboration with China’s National Space Agency.

A seminar was held in Islamabad regarding the launch of modern communication satellite organized by Sparco. Sparco officials said that the satellite to be launched in Pakistan on May 30 will be for 15 years.

The satellite, developed by Pakistani engineers and scientists in partnership with China, will support 5G coverage. The satellite will improve coverage of tele-education, telemedicine and online activities.

According to Sparco, Digital Pakistan will help in improving the version and communication system. In 2026, the tenure of Pakistan’s first Set One R is coming to an end. Pak sat-to-satellite will be launched in 2027. Currently, Pakistan has a satellite in space for communication.
