Iran’s senior actress Zari Khushkam has died at the age of 76.
According to Iranian media, Zari Khushkam died in the capital of Iran, Tehran, on Thursday. Details regarding the cause of her death have not been released.
According to Iranian media, Zari Khushkam was the widow of late Iranian filmmaker Ali Hatami, her daughter Laila Hatami is also a famous actress.
According to media reports, the actress was buried in a cemetery in Tehran by the side of her husband. Zari Khushkam started her career as an actress at the age of 24 after studying in Tehran and London.
