Lahore: There is an important news regarding the holidays of employees on Eid-ul-Adha, in which a major ban has been decided.
According to the details, Zul Hajj moon is likely to be sighted in Pakistan on June 8, according to which Eid-ul-Azha can be on Monday, June 17.
No official announcement was made by the government regarding the employees’ holidays. A meeting was held under the chairmanship of Punjab Local Government Minister Zeeshan Rafiq. It was decided to ban the holidays of the municipal employees for cleaning on Eid-ul-Adha.
In the meeting, it was decided that the employee will not take leave for 10 days before Eid and 3 days after it. Local Minister of Punjab says that it was decided not to charge for sale of sacrificial animals.
Zeeshan Rafiq said that Chief Minister Punjab has directed to ensure zero waste on Eid, he will monitor animal cell points in different cities.
