The District and Sessions Court of Islamabad adjourned the hearing till 1 pm on the appeals of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi against the sentence in the marriage case in Iddat.
Sessions Judge Shahrukh Arjamand heard the appeals of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi during which Bushra Bibi’s counsel Usman Gul and complainant Khawar Manika’s counsel Rizwan Abbasi appeared.
The assistant counsel of the complainant told the court that Rizwan Abbasi has to give arguments, the record is not with him. The judge told Usman Gul that you also have to give arguments, give your final arguments.
Lawyer Usman Gul said that I will take about 15 minutes for my final arguments. Sessions Judge Shahrukh Arjumand ordered that Rizwan Abbasi should give arguments in the court by 1 pm, Rizwan Abbasi must give arguments on video link till 1 pm. Along with this, the session court adjourned the hearing of the appeals till 1 pm.
