Amir Mughal's physical remand request rejected in CDA and police personnel attack case

Islamabad’s anti-terrorism court rejected the police’s request for physical remand of PTI leader Aamir Mughal.

Islamabad Police produced PTI leader Aamir Mughal in the Anti-Terrorism Court for physical remand in the case of assault on CDA and police personnel.

Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain rejected the police’s request for physical remand of Amir Mughal. Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain said in his order that Amir Mughal is sent to jail on judicial remand.

It should be noted that an anti-terrorism case was registered under 7 ATA including other provisions in Islamabad police station Karachi Company for resisting the sealing of PTI’s central secretariat.

PTI Islamabad leader Aamir Mughal has been named in the case, who was arrested last night outside PTI central secretariat. According to the registered FIR, during CDA operation, Aamir As soon as the Mughals arrived, they started firing in the air.

It has been said in the FIR that Aamir Mughal along with the angry mob also tried to attack the police party. It is also said in the text of the case that during the arrest of Aamir Mughal, his accomplices escaped.
