Pakistan's second communication satellite, PakSat-MM1, is ready for launch.

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s advanced communication satellite Paksat MM1 will be launched into space on May 30, the satellite will support high-speed connectivity and broadband service in remote areas.

According to the details, Pakistan’s second communication satellite Paksat MMV is ready for launch, Sparco said in a statement that Pakistan’s modern communication satellite will be sent into space on May 30.

Sparco says PakSat will be launched from China’s Xichang Satellite Launch Center, a high-power multi-mission satellite that will provide advanced communication services and support high-speed connectivity and broadband service in remote areas.

The satellite will provide stable connectivity even in the worst weather conditions, the satellite will have a life of 15 years.

It should be remembered that the Pakistani satellite iCube Qamar along with the Chinese mission Chang-E6 went to the moon on May 3. This historic moment was launched from China’s Hainan Space Launch Site at 2:18 PM Pakistan time on May 3. .

A team of experts from Pakistan was present at the space center on this occasion. At the departure of the satellite mission, the National Anthem of Pakistan was sung at the launch side and the hall echoed with the slogan Takbeer.

Dr Khurram Khurshid, a member of the Core Committee of the Institute of Space Technology, said that the design and development of iCube Qamar was done in collaboration with China and Sparco.

Pakistan’s satellite will weigh 7 kg and will orbit the moon. The images taken from this mission will be useful for research purposes. Later, Pakistan’s first satellite mission ‘Icube Qamar’ successfully sent the first image from the moon’s orbit.
