North Korea dropped bags full of garbage in South Korea tied to balloons. In South Korea, citizens were worried after seeing garbage scattered on the streets.
Officials also directed people to stay away from garbage scattered on the road. The administration has also deployed army and chemical and biological investigation teams in the affected areas.
South Korea strongly protested this move and said that this move by North Korea is a violation of international law and a serious threat to the security of citizens. North Korea should stop doing such inhumane and degraded actions.
