Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan met Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir in which matters of mutual interest were discussed.
According to the Public Relations Department of the Pakistan Army (ISPR), the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan arrived at the General Headquarters (GHQ) where he met with the Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir to discuss issues of mutual interest, regional peace and stability. Matters related to were discussed.
ISPR says that during the meeting, the army chief appreciated the professionalism of the armed forces of Azerbaijan and also mentioned the long-standing friendly relations with Azerbaijan.
According to the spokesperson of the Pakistan Army, the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan praised the efforts of Pakistan for supporting and he also appreciated the role of Pakistan for regional stability. Hoya said that Pakistan will continue full cooperation in the security and defense sector.
