The Athletics Federation of Pakistan has finalized Arshad Nadeem’s preparations for the Paris Olympics, with the coaches allowing him to participate fully in two events ahead of the Paris Olympics.
Arshad Nadeem will participate in the Finland event on June 18 while he will be in action in the Paris event on July 7.
Olympian Javelin Tharoor is training hard at Punjab Stadium these days after completing rehab, he also trained in South Africa for 5 weeks.
