Karachi: Intermediate exams begin, with the introduction of QR code feature in answer sheets for the first time.

The annual examinations of Intermediate under Higher Secondary Education Board have started in Karachi.

Today in Shahr Quaid, there will be an English paper in the morning shift and a Physics paper in the afternoon shift.

More than 139,000 male and female students will participate in the exams while a total of 180 examination centers have been established in the morning and evening shifts. Chairman Inter Board Naseem Memon says that 26 centers have been declared sensitive in Karachi. , where Rangers will be stationed.

He said that for transparency in the exams, QR code feature has also been added in the copies for the first time.

Naseem Memon says that during the examination there is no load-shedding with electricity, it is prohibited to bring any kind of device, mobile phone or copy material in the examination centers.

He also said that Section 144 is enforced in all the examination centers, photostat machines around the examination centers will be closed during the examination, mobile phones will be confiscated during the examinations.
