The Islamabad High Court has ordered immediate desealing of the central secretariat of Tehreek-e-Insaf.
Islamabad High Court Justice Taman Rifaat Imtiaz issued a reserved judgment in which the court said that the CDA had issued notices to the previous owner in 2022 and 2023 and no explanation could be given as to why notices were sent to the old owner. stay
The court judgment said that no receipt of service of notice or show cause notice was on record, the order to seal the office of CDA was also not written to PTI and no copy was sent.
The court ordered immediate desealing of the PTI secretariat and said that CDA can take action if there is any violation of the law. Last day, the Islamabad High Court filed an application against the sealing of the PTI central secretariat and the operation. The decision was saved.
