The Pakistani rupee depreciated against the US dollar in the foreign exchange market.

According to currency dealers, at the start of the business day, the dollar appreciated by 15 paise at the interbank, taking the dollar to Rs 278 at Rs 35.

It should be remembered that according to the State Bank of Pakistan, on the last day of last week, the dollar closed at 278 rupees 20 paise in the interbank.

On the other hand, there is a bearish trend in the Pakistan Stock Exchange, the 100 index fell by 302 points to 73450 points. Investors continue to be cautious regarding monetary policy and budget.
