It is proposed to allocate 27 billion 435 million rupees in the development budget of information technology and telecommunication in the next financial year.

6 billion 78 crore rupees have been earmarked for the old project of setting up an IT park in Karachi, 9 billion 92 crore rupees for the technology park project in Islamabad. 1 billion 80 crores have been earmarked for the Prime Minister’s IT startups project, one billion rupees will be spent on the cyber security project of Digital Pakistan.
