USA, China and UK have been the top countries for Pakistani exports during the current financial year.
According to Pakistan Bureau of Statistics, Pakistan’s exports to the US in the first 10 months of the current fiscal year were recorded at $4.497 billion, which is 9.92 percent less than the same period of the previous fiscal year.
Exports to the US were recorded at $4.99 billion in the same period of the previous financial year. In the first 10 months of the fiscal year, exports to China were recorded at $2.341 billion, which is 37.68 percent higher than the same period of the previous fiscal year. In the same period of the last financial year, the volume of Pakistani exports to China was recorded at 1.700 billion dollars. Britain is the third largest country in terms of Pakistani exports.
In the first 10 months of the current financial year, exports to the UK earned the country $1.683 billion, which was $1.645 billion in the same period of the previous financial year. During this period, Pakistani exports to UAE were recorded at $1.637 billion, Germany at $1.235 billion, Holland at $1.143 billion and Pakistan at $1.199 billion at Spain.
