The district court of Rawalpindi has extended the interim bail of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur till July 5 in the case of rioting on the highway and interfering with the government car and ordered the accused to appear on the next date.
Additional Sessions Judge Rawalpindi Raja Faisal Rasheed heard the bail application against Ali Amin Gandapur in the case of rioting at Rawalpindi Motorway Chowk, interference with the car government, violation of Section 144.
During the hearing, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur did not appear in the court even today due to his busy schedule, his lawyer Advocate Muhammad Faisal Malik appeared on his behalf.
On this occasion, the lawyer of Ali Amin Gandapur filed a request for exemption from his attendance for one day, on which the court rejected the request for exemption of Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The court extended Ali Amin Gandapur’s interim bail till July 5 and ordered the accused to appear before the court at the next hearing. A case has been registered in Naseerabad police station.
