The bail application of Saram Birni, an arrested social activist in the case of human trafficking and fraud, was rejected.

A case of human trafficking and fraud was heard against Saram Birni in the court of Judicial Magistrate Sharqi of the City Court. The court had reserved its verdict on Saram Birni’s bail plea after the arguments of the lawyers and FIA were completed.

During the hearing, the FIA ​​prosecutor argued that more evidence is to be collected against the accused, if the accused is granted bail, it may affect the investigation. The accused is constantly resorting to lies, more revelations have come out during the investigation.

The FIA ​​prosecutor further said that the statement of the girl’s mother was that Saram Barni was contacted to take the daughter, but Saram Barni refused to give the girl to the mother.

Later, Judicial Magistrate Sharqi rejected the bail request of social activist Saram Barni, who was arrested in the case of human trafficking and fraud. They were arrested.
