The Election Commission has released the election schedule for 6 vacant seats of the Senate.
according to the statement issued by the Election Commission, polling for 6 seats of the Senate will be held on March 14.
In the Senate, the schedule of elections has been announced for one vacant seat in Islamabad, two in Sindh and three in Baluchistan. Six seats were declared vacant when the members of the Senate were elected as members of other houses.
Yesterday, the Pakistan People’s Party had demanded the Election Commission to conduct immediate elections on the vacant seats of the Senate.
