US Vice President Kamala Harris has urged Hamas and Israel to agree to an immediate ceasefire and ensure the delivery of aid to the affected citizens in Gaza.
During a speech at an event, the US vice president called on Hamas and Israel to immediately agree to a six-week ceasefire.
He said that innocent people in Gaza are victims of humanitarian disaster, Israel must take steps to increase the delivery of aid to the devastated areas. Kamala Harris said that there should be an immediate ceasefire after the loss of precious lives in Gaza. Yes, there is a deal on the table right now, Hamas needs to agree to that deal.
He said that people are dying of hunger in Gaza, the conditions there are inhumane, the Israeli government must significantly increase the delivery of aid without any excuse.
