Islamabad High Court's order to fix the meeting mechanism with PTI founder in Adiala Jail

The Islamabad High Court ordered to fix the meeting mechanism with the founder PTI in Adiala Jail.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir of Islamabad High Court heard the petition against the order banning meetings in jail from PTI founder.

Superintendent Adiala Jail Asad Waraich appeared in the Islamabad High Court and said that many 100 applications are coming for meetings. Lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat said that it has been decided in the court of Justice Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan.

Superintendent Adiala Jail said that the order was that 6 people besides lawyers will be allowed to visit, I have 7 thousand prisoners, the court allowed 6 people to visit daily which is not possible for us.

Justice Arbab Tahir while talking to Superintendent Adiala Jail said that every day you come with a new objection, while you are in the field of these orders, you have to see, do you want to violate these orders?

The court inquired from the jail authorities that there are people whom no one knows? Sher Afzal Marwat, members of the National Assembly, senators, you check them, they will not follow the court order, so why not proceed with contempt of court?

Superintendent Adiala Jail Asad Waraich said, I am also following the order of the court, this is also the notification of Punjab Home Department.

The court told the superintendent of Adiala Jail that it was decided on your terms that when will they meet, there are already contempt of court applications against you. While ordering, said that both the parties should sit down and make a mechanism and inform the court today.
