To prevent the spread of fake currency in the country, the government has planned to issue plastic notes, State Bank officials will brief the IMF delegation on the plan to issue new plastic notes to prevent fake currency. State Bank says that such plastic currency notes are being used in Far Eastern countries and Switzerland. The IMF will also be briefed on issuing the country report under the United Nations Anti-Corruption Convention.
