Former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said that it is the responsibility of the government to withdraw the laws of NAB.
Speaking to the media outside the Accountability Court of Islamabad, Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that both the Prime Minister and the President have spent a long time in NAB jails, all the Chief Ministers were also investigated in NAB, the spectacle of NAB should end now, the fifth year of NAB courts. It took 9 years before I started.
He further said that no officer of the country is ready to work due to the fear of NAB, it is the responsibility of the government to withdraw the laws of NAB.
Shahid Khaqan said that he had heard that Muslim League (N) has said that they will abolish NAB.
