Chechnya reportedly bans music that is too loud or too soft
Dear Pakistan will start to look even more lovely when the conditions of other countries in the world are looked at.
We have been hearing about North Korea that haircuts can only be made in some certain styles. Now the news came from Chechnya that it is against the law to listen to music that is too loud or too soft.
According to the Moscow Times, the Ministry of Culture, in an official announcement, has banned all types of music except for music between 80 and 116 beats per minute (BPM).
And this new standard is relatively dull to modern-day pop music. And its application will lead to a complete ban on the public playing of various types of Western music, including pop music.
According to the Moscow Times, the head of the republic Ramzan Kadyrov Minister of Culture Musa Dadaev has been instructed to adapt Chechen music to the mentality of Chechen citizens.
Is it not the bandit began to steal the riches of the hearts and minds. Because the Minister of Culture says that it is not acceptable to import music culture from other nations. It should be clear that this ban was allegedly applied after a meeting between the Ministry and local artists. Following this new ban, artists have been asked to re-produce their songs that do not meet the standards by June 1. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to release these songs to the public.
