Army Chief General Asim Munir says that we are well aware of our constitutional limits and expect others to uphold the constitution as well.
Speaking at the passing out parade of Pakistan Air Force in Risalpur, Army Chief General Asim Munir said that Article 19 of the Constitution clearly defines the limits of freedom of expression.
Addressing the passing out parade, General Asim Munir said that you are the center of our hopes, the protector of the skies, the guarantor of regional unity. It is expected that you will lead a life of character, courage, competence and your conduct will be exceptional even for a respectable institution.
The Army Chief said that you are expected to maintain the eternal tradition of bravery, you will never hesitate to sacrifice for the defense of the motherland, honor and dignity, you are expected to maintain the best spirit and professionalism. Be loyal to the state of Pakistan and be committed to the responsibility you are being entrusted with.

General Asim Munir said that the Gaza war is the latest example of the suffering that wars can bring. The indiscriminate killings in Gaza are proof that violence is increasing in the world. India has also illegally occupied Occupied Kashmir, the world’s silence on Indian aggression cannot suppress the voice of freedom.
