Saudi Arabia’s Qadia Investment Company has announced the construction of the largest water theme park in the region under its Six Flags Qadia City project.
According to local media reports, Kadia Investment Company hopes that the ‘Aquarbia’ water theme park will attract tourists from around the world with its 22 attractions and water experiences.
The water park’s attractions include the world’s first double water loop, the tallest water coaster with the highest jump, the longest and highest water racing track and the tallest water slide, the report said.
According to the report, the park will also offer underwater adventure trips where adventure enthusiasts can enjoy water sports like rafting, kayaking, canoeing, free solo climbing and cliff jumping.
In addition, the park will feature the first surfing pool in Saudi Arabia, with a design theme based on elements of ancient desert water springs and the wildlife of Qadia.
Keeping sustainability in mind, the water park will implement innovative systems that will be able to reduce water wastage by 90% and also reduce energy consumption.
Six Flags Cadia City and Water Theme Park is expected to open in 2025.
