Technical Adviser WWF Pakistan Moazzam Khan has said that a blue light was seen in the waves on the sea of Karachi.
He said that the blue light in the ocean is a chemical process in which living organisms emit light.
Muazzam Khan said that the life in the sea of Karachi, ‘Necti Locustini Loons’, is the cause of this glow. The sea creature is also called sea fire or sea twinkle.
Technical advisor WWF Pakistan said that the marine organism is smaller than a grain of rye, the presence of this organism in the sea is a sign of the fertility of the ocean.
