The teams started to catch vehicles hostile to the environment at the entry and exit routes of the Department of Environment, Lahore.
According to Ali Ijaz, Head of Environment Traffic Squad, the rate of smoke emission in commercial vehicles is high. According to the Environment Department, the crackdown against vehicles emitting fumes on important highways will be intensified soon.
