The 190 million pound reference will be heard in Adiala Jail today, the court has issued notices to the lawyers of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi.
Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana will conduct the hearing in Adiala Jail.
Prosecutor General NAB Sardar Muzaffar will appear along with the team. Lawyer Zaheer Abbas Chaudhry, Usman Gul and others will also appear in the court. A total of 30 witnesses’ statements were recorded in the case. Statements of more witnesses will be recorded and cross-examined today.
The previous hearing was adjourned due to security concerns.
