Provincial Health Minister Khawaja Imran Nazir summoned the companies manufacturing tetanus vaccine.
A provincial quality control board meeting was held in Lahore under the chairmanship of Punjab Health Minister Khawaja Imran Nazir, in which representatives of life-saving medicine supply companies were also called and 117 pending cases of medicine companies were reviewed.
On this occasion, Khawaja Imran Nazir said that the shortage of tetanus vaccine will not be tolerated in any case. He further said that within three days the companies should provide the records of the medicines and the data of the distributors so that the responsibility can be determined.
