The appeals against the punishment of founder PTI and Shah Mahmood Qureshi in the Safir case are scheduled for hearing

The Islamabad High Court has decided to hear the appeals against the conviction of founder PTI and Shah Mahmood Qureshi in the Saffire case.

Chief Justice Amir Farooq and Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb will hold the hearing on May 21. The hearing could not be held on May 15 due to the cancellation of the cause list of the Chief Justice’s court.

It is likely that the arguments of FIA Special Prosecutor Hamid Ali Shah will be completed at the next hearing, after the arguments of the prosecutor are completed, the lawyer of Bani PT will give his arguments.
