K Electric will end load shedding from May 21 to 29 due to heat wave, MQM

Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan has asked that in view of the heat wave, K Electric should end load shedding from May 21 to 29.

In a statement, the spokesperson of MQM said that loadshedding is happening for more than 12 hours a day in different areas in extreme heat.

MQM says that the citizens of Karachi are forced to buy the most expensive electricity in Pakistan, obliging the Federal Minister of Energy to reduce the load shedding period of electricity. Make cities exempt from load shedding during heatwaves.
