Quetta: The Balochistan High Court rejected the request for action against Imran Khan under Article 6.
A bench comprising Chief Justice Hashim Kakar and Justice Shaukat Rakhshani of the Balochistan High Court heard the petition filed against PTI founder Imran Khan for action under Article 6.
This application was filed in the Balochistan High Court on behalf of lawyer Amanullah Kunrani, during the hearing, the court gave a decision after hearing the arguments of the petitioner. Dismissed for not being there.
