Anti-Terrorism Court Islamabad has summoned PTI founder Imran Khan to court on June 28 in the case of violation of Section 144, vandalism.
Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of the Anti-Terrorism Court heard the case filed under the terrorism provisions at Ramna police station.
Shibli Faraz, Wasiq Qayyum, Ali Nawaz Awan appeared in the court and in their absence, the court issued bailable arrest warrants for Murad Saeed, Hammad Azhar, Farrukh Habib, Hassan Niazi and other workers.
The court wrote in the order that the PTI founder is present in Adiala Jail, he should be produced in the court at the next hearing. Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra also issued a summons for PTI founder Imran Khan to appear in court and adjourned the hearing till June 28. .
