Senator Faisal Wauda and MQM leader Mustafa Kamal reached the Supreme Court of Pakistan for hearing the contempt of court case.
A 3-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa will hear after some time. Justice Irfan Saadat Khan and Justice Naeem Akhtar are included in the Afghan bench.
On behalf of Senator Faisal Wauda, lawyer Mueez Ahmed, while on behalf of Mustafa Kamal, lawyer Farogh Naseem will appear in the court. Senator Salim Mandviwala, members of the National Assembly Armaghan Subhani, Anjum Aqeel reached the Supreme Court.
A large number of senators and parliamentarians of the ruling coalition are present in the courtroom.
On the last hearing, the court found Faisal Wauda and Mustafa Kamal guilty of contempt of court. He was left on mercy.
Faisal Wauda refused to apologize in his reply. The Supreme Court also issued a notice to the Attorney General of Pakistan in the case. Notice was taken.
