Justice Mansoor Ali Shah has said that we are all united to fight climate change.
Justice Mansoor Ali Shah while speaking at the opening of the environmental conference in the Supreme Court said that I welcome Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa and fellow judges to the conference, in 2022 there was a huge flood in Pakistan, the flood affected thousands of people and the country Billions of dollars were lost.
Justice Mansoor Ali Shah said that Pakistan is the fifth country in the world which is facing the threat of climate change.
Water scarcity is increasing in Pakistan due to climate change, due to climate change it is facing problems like drought, catastrophic floods, temperature is increasing due to climate change.
He said that climate change is causing food shortages, this climate change is a threat to people’s lives. He said that agricultural production has also been affected by climate change. Climate change cannot be tackled without climate funds.
